Taking your student group off campus? Make sure that you have the proper
paperwork filled out before you leave. Be sure to allow lead time to ensure
that your requests are approved.
Online forms require you to log in with your Concordia username and password. If prompted, your domain is "CCM" (without the quotation marks). If logging in with your username is unsuccessful, try again with CCM\username.
