Advertising Space Reservations

Bulletin Boards: There are 6 bulletin board spaces. These are located on the north end of the first floor of the Campus Center. Bulletin board dimensions are 4 ft high by 3 feet wide.

Banner Spaces: There are 8 available banner spaces in the Post Office area, located in the south gym of Memorial Auditorium. 5 of these spaces are 6ft long by 3ft high. 3 of these spaces are 3ft long by 6ft high. There are also 4 banner spaces by the main doors of the Campus Center. These banners are all 6 feet long by 3 feet high.

Tables: There are 4 tables available for advertising by the main doors of the Campus Center. The tables all measure 4 feet long.

WindMasters: There are 2 WindMasters that are available for advertising. WindMasters are displayed outside the Campus Center during the day and in the Campus Center alcove at night. Each side of the WindMaster displays are 28” wide by 44” high. Please specify whether you will need 1 or 2 sides of the WindMaster.

To Make a Reservation

• Reservations may be made by registered student organizations & campus departments. To make reservations you may go to the West Administrative desk in Cornerstone or you may email stuprog@cord.edu, or call extension 3640.

• When making a reservation, make sure to include your name, the organization or department you are reserving the space for, which space you are interested in, and the dates you wish to reserve the space for (in most circumstances space can only be reserved for up to 1 week).

• In the near future you will be able to view available   reservation spaces on our website:    

student.cord.edu/dept/programming/
