If you are interested in using any of them, please contact the Office of Student Programming (x4267 or stuprog@cord.edu). All campus fundraisers must have an approved fundraising permit prior to beginning their fundraiser.
Recycle Used Printer Cartridges through fundingfactory.com and receive prizes and/or money for your organization. Registration and participation are free!

Cleanup Sponsorship - Find local businesses or individuals who will pledge a certain dollar amount for every pound of trash picked up along the river or highway.

Concerts/Benefits - Find a band or musical group willing to perform for free and sell tickets to the concert. Proceeds go to your organization and/or a pre-specified cause.

Krispy Kreme - Sell doughnuts by the box, sell gift certificates and/or partnership cards. Visit www.krispykreme.com for more information.

Car Wash - Find a good location off a main road (get permission!) or do it somewhere on campus like the JC Stadium lot. Set up shifts with two lines, sell advance tickets, advertise in advance, and be sure to identify your organization and the price in your signs.

Calendars - Get your own made or order them through a company. Sell them to students and/or the general public. You might even want to use member art or photography!

Buttons/Magnets - Available through the Cornerstone, buttons and magnets are easy and cheap to make. Sell them to members or at a table in Knutson.

Spring Cleanup - Community hire-a-student raking, lawn mowing (or shoveling snow!), house/fence painting, etc. Make sure your fundraising does not coincide with that of Justice Journeys fundraising. Advertise in the Forum and/or Concordian.

Kiss-O-Grams - Sell written messages for Valentine's Day or St. Patrick's Day (kiss me, I'm Irish) to be delivered by members (with the help of a little lipstick) also plant kisses on recipients cheeks or hands.

T-Shirts - Make your own or order through a company. Sell to members or students.

Garage Sale - Take donations from students/area people to week before finals and have a garage sale in the fieldhouse or outside. Advertise in teh Forum, the Concordian, and aroudn the neighborhood.

Fashion/Style Show - Especially effective if directly related to your organization (i.e. bike gear modeling for Cycling Club); sell tickets and possibly refreshments. You may even want to look into a sponsor to lend clothing.

Flower Seeds/Bulbs - Order through a fundraising company (i.e. www.wowfundraising.com) or by in bulk from a local store. Sell for Easter or Mother's Day gifts.

Cards - Have members make cards (hand-made and/or decorated) for Valentine's Day, Easter, and/or Mother's Day and sell on campus. Works especially well if related to your organization (i.e. German cards for German Club).

Jewelry - Buy loose beads in bulk and sell them by-the-bead so people can make necklaces/bracelets at the selling table. Or sell jewelry pre-made by members.

Smencils - Scented 100% recycled pencils. Order from www.wowfundraising.com. Sell for $1 each. Warning: this requires an investment, but is a fun product that will probably get a good return.

Awareness Ribbons - These are easy and cheap to make; just a roll of ribbon the color of your cause adn safety pins. i.e. green ribbons for the environment, lavender for cancer awareness,etc.
