  • The average house costs $46,600 in the U.S. Habitat houses are affordable for low-income families because there is no profict included in the sale price and no interest charged. Within the U.S., the mortgage lengths are between 15-30 years.
  • 1990: 1,000 students participated
    2004: 11,000 students participates
