Standing Rock Fall Break Trip - October 20-23, 2005

The Standing Rock Reservation is about 65 miles south of Bismarck, ND.  This reservation covers parts of North Dakota and South Dakota but we will stay on teh ND side.

Possible activites:

• touring Sitting Bull College and meeting with professors
• touring the new middle school and meeting many young people
• a day of service projects for St Luke's Episcopal Church
• meeting with Elderly in the community and learning about what their lives have been like growing up on a reservation
• touring the North Dakota side of the reservation
• possibly meeting with a doctor at Indian Health Services

The cost of this spring break trip is $40.
