  • What are the Olson Forum hours? The Olson Forum hours are: M-TH 6 a.m.-Midnight, Fri. 6 a.m.-10 p.m., Sat. 9 a.m.-10 p.m., Sun. Noon-Midnight.
  • How do I get into the Olson Forum balcony? You can gain access to the balcony by using your access card, either the white prox card or the gray Fob. Apply for a Fob at the Physical Plant
  • What are the pool hours?   • Where do I find a work study job? The Job Shop is located in Academy 101,  Hours: M-F, 8-5 p.m. 299-4509.
  • How do I change my address? Notify the Student Affairs Office, 299-3455.
  • Where can I get a bus schedule/tokens? Bus schedules are available at Campus Information. Students, faculty and staff can ride free on Metro Area Transit, just show your student ID, 299-4000.
  • How do I reserve a room for a meeting? Email your request to roomres@cord.edu. Room reservations can be made at the Campus Information Office Monday - Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Two week notice is required for campus events. 299-3729.
  • I am a new international student. Where can I go for information? Angela Seewald-Marquardt is the International Student Adviser. Her office is located in the Cornerstone Resource Center on the 2nd floor of the Knutson Campus Center. Phone number is 299-4267. International Students information is online.
  • How do I reserve a showcase, banner or table in the Knutson Campus Center? Contact the Cornerstone Resource Center located on the 2nd floor, 299-4267. Check current availability at the Cornerstone online.
  • Where are the study areas located? Regular weekday evening: Knutson Center open until 2 a.m. Grose / BW classrooms open until 10 p.m., Old Main classrooms open until 11 p.m., Olin classrooms open until 11 p.m., Ivers classrooms 2nd Floor until 2 a.m. All other unused classrooms until 10 p.m. Residence Hall study space: Erickson, Hallett, Hoyum, Livedalen lower lounges 10 a.m. to 2 a.m., Brown 7th Unit Lounge 10 a.m. to 2 a.m. 24 hr. lounges: Brown Unit 1 Main Lounge, East Complex - Moe Lounge, Fjelstad Main Lounge, Hoyum Main Lounge, Park Region Main Lounge. During finals, Ivers classrooms on second and third floors and the Knutson Center will be open until 2 a.m. The East and Oak rooms will be open the entire night for studying. Available Old Main classrooms will be open until 1 a.m. Other classrooms on campus are available until 10 p.m.
  • Where do I go to get a campus vehicle? The Car Pool Office located at the Jake Christianson Stadium, phone number is 299-3259.
  • Where is the closest Notary Public? The Business Office, 299-3150.
  • Where do I get my yearbook? The Yearbook Office located in the basement of Fjelstad, phone number is 299-3125.
  • Where can I find a student copy machine? Copy machines are available in the Library and also the Cornerstone Resource Center located on the 2nd floor of the Knutson Campus Center, 299-4267.
  • What are the hours for the computer labs? Ivers 217 & 222: M-Th 6 a.m. to 2 a.m., Fri. 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., Sat. 12 to 8 p.m., Sun. 12 to 2 a.m., Old Main: M-Th 8 a.m. to 11 p.m., Fri. 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Sat. 1 to 5 p.m., Sun. 1 to 11 p.m., Language Labs: M-Th 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., Grant Center: 24 hours a day.   • How do I get a student directory? Students will have directories delivered to their PO boxes. Directories are usually available beginning mid October. 299-4000.
  • Where do I get tickets for Christmas Concert and Cultural Events? Christmas Concert tickets are available at the Box Office located in the Offut Concourse. Hours are 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tickets may be purchased at the box office, on-line or you may order by mail. Students receive one free ticket with their student ID. Cultural Event tickets are available at the Cultural Events Office or in the Campus Information Office. Hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Students receive one free ticket with student ID. 299-4366.
  • Where is the campus post office located? The Campus Post Office is located in the Memorial Auditorium south gym. Hours are M-F 10:15 a.m. to 4 p.m. 299-3770.
  • Where can I get information about graduation? The Registrar's Office, 299-3250.
  • What are the Theatre Box Office hours? M-Sat. 1 to 6 p.m. 299-3314.
  • How do I drop and add classes? Contact the Registrar's Office, 299-3250.
  • Where do I register to vote? Minnesota: You may register at the County Courthouse located at 807 N 11th St. Voter Registration Form is also available in the US West phone book. North Dakota: Voters are not required to register.
  • Find someone's phone/e-mail/PO#? Student phone numbers and PO #'s are located in the Student Directory. If the directory is not available you may call the Campus Information Office at 299-4000. E-mail addresses may be found on the Concordia Web Site.
  • Where can I cash a check? Checks may be cashed at the Cashier counter located in the Business Office. Hours are 9 a.m to 12, and 1 to 4 p.m. There is also an ATM machine located on the 1st floor of the Campus Center. 299-3150.
  • Student organization I want to join? Contact the Cornerstone Resource Center located on the 2nd floor of the Knutson Campus Center, 299-4267.
