FILE RETENTION AND AUTHORIZATION TO RELEASE INFORMATION

I agree that I am responsible for keeping the contents of my electronic registration, electronic resume, and credential file (education majors only) current. I further agree that I will inform the Career Center of any positions offered and accepted as well as offers declined in the case of cooperative education positions. I permit the Career Center to use information I provide to report aggregate statistics. The Career Center will contact me to request the use of personal information (i.e. name, class standing, quotes, etc.) if necessary.

I am permitting Concordia College to maintain a file containing my career search documents and that this file will remain the property of the Career Center. I permit the Career Center to release copies of the contents of my electronic and/or paper career search file (i.e. resume, references, unofficial transcript) to prospective employers, or I will indicate in my registration that I do not wish to have my information released. I further agree that I am responsible for researching potential employers. 

Logging in and submitting any application materials implies agreement with this waiver.
