Minnesota Licensure

After completing all requirements of graduation and passing Praxis I and II series, Submit licensure application online. Follow the instructions carefully.
Allow approximately 30 min. to complete online process.
Have your credit card ready for payment of application fee and fee for Bureau of Criminal apprehension.

Print out the application COVER SHEET and submit (along with fingerprint card) to Diane Holmquist in the registrar's office.

The online application is only effective for 60 days. It is very importanat that they have met all requirements before applyng for licensure or they will lose the application fee and need to start the process over.
