Welcome to the Cobber Career Network (CCN)!
The purpose of CCN is to connect Concordia
students who are interested in exploring different occupations with alumni
and friends of Concordia who have experience in a chosen field.
Matching
- Job
descriptions, titles, and locations of CCN participants will be
posted on the Career Center website.
- Students will have the opportunity to chose a job
description that they feel best fits their needs.
- A student will then submit a personal
statement to the Career Center as well as a resume if available.
- Personal
statements and resumes will
be forwarded to CCN participants who will decide if that student is
a good match.
- Once a match is made, contact information will be provided to both the
student and the CCN participant. All contact information will remain confidential
until a match is made.
Participation
Participation in the Cobber Career Network is
on a volunteer basis. Students and participants may be asked to be removed
from the list at any time by contacting the Career Center at 299-3020 or by
emailing career@cord.edu.
